 We are seeking highly motivated individuals, looking to join a dynamic, fast-paced team in the specialty trades. 

 Must be self-starters with a willingness to learn. 

We are looking for office staff including but not limited to: 

• Administrative Assistant - mature, responsible person required who has exceptional organizational skills, above average computer skills, ability to learn new programs quickly and efficiently. Discretion is demanded and expected. Successful candidate will be work directly under the CEO and will be expected to help in the supervision of junior office staff.
• Reception - must have general knowledge of Microsoft 365 Office and comfortable learning new computerized systems and be able to manage a multi line phone system
• Bookkeeper part time/occasional - must be fluent in Sage and able to switch to other accounting and inventory software with ease
• Sales – both inside and out - comfortable with computers and be able to pick up on new programs easily. Retention of information is crucial.
• Part time Warehouse Person - must be able to lift heavy weight and show enhanced knowledge of inventory control systems. Could lead to full time as the seasons get busier.

For installations, we encourage all skill levels and genders to apply for this position. Advancement can be quick for the right individuals with certification opportunities in F.I.T. (Fenestration Installation Technician Certification). The successful candidate must have a strong background in math primarily algebra, addition and subtraction of fractions and with some knowledge of trigonometry.

Applicants with a valid driver's license will be given priority consideration. Familiarity with hand tools is an asset. Year-round employment is being offered. Successful candidates must be able to work in all weather conditions.
